Role Summary:
Guide students preparing for competitive exams (IELTS, GRE, GMAT, SAT, German/French) and counsel nurses seeking nursing opportunities (Germany, Italy, Qatar). Responsible for converting inquiries into admissions and placements.
Key Responsibilities
Test Preparation
- Counsel students on IELTS, GRE, GMAT, SAT, German/French courses.
- Assess student level, recommend course duration, and create study roadmaps.
- Motivate students with prior failed attempts and convert them into enrollments.
- Upsell language courses (German/French) to IELTS/Study Abroad students.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert demo class attendees into full enrollments.
Nursing Jobs Abroad
- Counsel nurses on opportunities in Germany, Italy, and Qatar.
- Explain eligibility, documentation, and German language (B1/B2) requirements.
- Build trust with nurses who fear scams by ensuring transparency.
- Guide candidates through the process: counseling → enrollment → documentation → visa.
- Coordinate with language trainers for nurse enrollments.
KPIs (Monthly)
- Test Preparation Enrollments: 8–12 students
- Nursing Candidates Enrolled: 2–3 per month
- Conversion Rate: ≥ 12% of qualified leads
- Demo-to-Admission Conversion (Test Prep): ≥ 30%
- Language Program Enrollments: ≥ 70% of nursing applicants
Revenue-Based Incentives:- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly incentives
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 2–5 years of counselling ing experience in education or healthcare placement.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS/other test prep programs and overseas opportunities requirements for nurses.
- Excellent communication in English + Hindi/Marathi.
- Sales-oriented mindset with empathy for student/nurse needs.
- Prior experience in education consultancy, coaching institutes, or overseas consultancy is preferred.
