Counter Sales

• Salary 2500 Plus Commission on targets
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with counter sales at Malls in Dubai
• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Showcasing and explaining the unique qualities and benefits of our Gemstones anthoinite and our rosaries (Misbah) quality.
• Maintaining visually appealing store displays that highlight the richness of our products.
• Educate customers on the features and qualities of gemstones, metals, and jewelry pieces.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends, new arrivals, and collections.
• Ensure all merchandise displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Ability to understand social media activities and conduct postings of products etc,
• Perfect English speaking, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
• Store operations and goals:
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and restocking displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Ensure racks are fully always stocked and in very tidy and presentable manner.
