What You'll Do:

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitude

• Assist multiple customers at once in a fast-paced environment

• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues

• Enter orders, process payments, returns, and warranties

• Prepare and follow up on quotes to drive sales

• Recommend additional products and promotions to meet customer needs

• Build strong customer relationships and keep the showroom clean and organized

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems

• Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• HVAC/R or similar industry experience preferred (2+ years)
