Job Overview:

We are hiring a counter staff for a new bakery outlet opening in Abu Dhabi to manage the shop sales and cash counter. Candidates with retail experience in bakeries are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell bakery products including breads, pastries, and cakes etc.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Manage shop product display and ensure proper stock arrangement.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop area.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Skills:

• Sales, customer service, and cashier handling skills
• English and Arabic communication skills
