We are looking for a Country Admin Lead to join our team in Saudi Arabia, playing a vital role in supporting our people, programmes and partners. About the role

As Country Admin Lead, you will be responsible for the smooth, compliant day‑to‑day operation of the Saudi Arabia office. You will provide high‑quality administrative, operational and logistical support to colleagues, projects and visiting teams, enabling the country organisation to operate effectively and in line with Cambridge University Press & Assessment standards.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders to coordinate office services, logistics and administrative activities. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and sound judgement, alongside the flexibility to support a busy and evolving office environment.

Additional responsibilities and accountabilities include:

  • Managing daily office administration, facilities and general office support.
  • Coordinating office logistics, suppliers and service providers.
  • Supporting financial administration, including invoices, expenses and payments.
  • Coordinating operational and logistical support for projects, training programmes and visits.
  • Acting as a key local operational contact for colleagues, partners and external parties.
  • Supporting compliance with local legal, regulatory and operational requirements.

About You
You are an experienced office administration or operations professional, able to ensure the smooth and compliant day‑to‑day running of a country office. You are organised, reliable and confident working independently, while supporting colleagues and projects in a busy environment.

Essential criteria:

  • Experience coordinating office logistics and service providers to support day‑to‑day operations.
  • Experience supporting financial administration, including invoices, expenses and payments, in line with agreed controls.
  • Experience providing operational and logistical support for projects, training programmes or visits.
  • Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent English (minimum B2), Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and must be a Saudi national.

  • Experience managing office operations in a Saudi Arabia context.
  • Experience working with government bodies, regulators or compliance‑related processes.
  • Experience coordinating logistics for programmes, events or training delivery.
