An employee in this position sorts and delivers books, library materials, small equipment, documents, and bank deposits between libraries within the regional system, and performs related work as apparent or assigned. The majority of the work is performed driving a library vehicle in accordance Jackson County policies, guidelines, and procedures. Work is performed under the supervision of the Library Director. Grade 15
High School Diploma or GED required.
One year of library experience preferred.
Licenses or Certifications:
Possession of a valid, State of North Carolina driver license to operate a motor vehicle. Requirement exists at the time of hire and as a condition of continued employment.
