Courier/Driver

About Us:
Elite Co. is a GCC wide logistics and courier service provider], delivering reliable solutions across Qatar. We are seeking a responsible and punctual Courier/Driver to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and scan shipments as per the allocated Courier routes.
• Load shipments to vehicles and unload safely during delivery.
• Provide efficient delivery and pick-up service of both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Obtain the signature of the Customers upon delivery and pickups.
• Post shipment status scans and uploads using scanner/tracker.
• Collect payments from Customers and remit daily to the accounts department.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining neatness of vehicle.
• Report on time If any customer issues or concerns
• Seeks sales lead information from new customers.
• Undergo training to develop the skills to serve customers more efficiently

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in Arabic (basic English preferred)
• Valid Qatar driving license (light vehicle or motorcycle, as required)
• 2-3 years of experience in courier/delivery preferred
• Good knowledge of Qatar roads and locations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
