About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Course Coordinator to oversee the planning, delivery, and administration of our training and educational programs. The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills to ensure smooth execution of courses and high learner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of training programs and courses.
- Schedule classes, allocate trainers, and ensure availability of resources.
- Act as the main point of contact for students, trainers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and course documentation.
- Assist in curriculum planning and updating learning materials when required.
- Handle student queries, provide guidance, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure smooth execution of assessments, evaluations, and feedback collection.
- Prepare regular reports on course performance and outcomes for management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LMS preferred.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate in Education/Management/Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in academic coordination, training, or program management (Freshers with strong organizational skills may apply).
