Craft Bartender/Server

Mixology Excellence:

We are seeking a skilled and personable Mixologist/Server to join our team. This role combines creative cocktail-making with attentive guest service, ensuring an excellent experience both at the bar and at the table. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about craft cocktails, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity.
• Provide attentive and friendly table service, taking orders and delivering food and drinks promptly.
• Educate guests on menu items, specials, and drink pairings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service station.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support setup and breakdown of bar and dining areas.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years bartending experience, with proven mixology skills (craft cocktail experience required).
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail pairings.
• Experience in table service or hybrid roles a plus.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume service.
• Current TABC Certification required; Food Handler’s Certification required.
• Reliable, professional, and a strong team player.
