You roll in for a 7:00 am start, check parts and drawings for accuracy, and head to your first crane. You’ll run a thorough inspection, trace an electrical issue through a lattice boom, test a hydraulic repair against OEM specs, and document everything before lunch. In the afternoon, you might examine components with micrometers and gauges, complete an annual inspection, advise a customer on best practices, and wrap up your hours and expense reports. Throughout the day, you work independently, partner with the Service Manager when needed (you report directly to them), and deliver customer-first service.
Join MGX as a shop-based Crane Technician focused on inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of mobile cranes and boom trucks.
This is a full-time role with typical hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Overtime and weekend work may occur based on business needs.
