Job Title: Creative Account Manager (Remote, GCC Focus)
Type: Full-Time – Marketing Agency
About the Role
We are hiring a Creative Account Manager to work directly with the Agency Director and support both creative strategy and client management.
This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Alexandria due to future plans for an office setup and in-person collaboration when needed.
You are expected to:
- Think creatively
- Communicate clearly with clients
- Coordinate execution with the team
- Ensure quality and deadlines are consistently met
You will be working primarily on clients in GCC markets, so understanding audience behavior, tone, and expectations in these markets is very important.
Role Overview
This position combines:
- Creative ideation and strategy
- Client communication and relationship management
- Project coordination and delivery oversight
You will develop ideas, concepts, hooks, and scripts, then supervise execution by the creative team (designers, editors, videographers).
You will also support the Director / Senior Creative Account Manager in day-to-day creative and client-related tasks.
⚠ This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely without constant supervision.
Main Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development
- Develop campaign ideas, content concepts, hooks, and storylines
- Write scripts, messaging frameworks, and creative angles
- Support the Director in brainstorming and creative planning
- Research trends and adapt ideas specifically for GCC audiences
- Prepare presentations, references, and concept decks
2. Client Communication & Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Attend remote meetings, take briefs, and document requirements clearly
- Communicate feedback between client and creative team
- Manage approvals and handle revisions professionally
- Maintain strong, structured, and proactive communication
- Build long-term, positive client relationships
3. Project Coordination & Delivery
- Translate client needs into clear, actionable creative briefs
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, and designers
- Track timelines, deliverables, and deadlines closely
- Ensure all work is delivered on time and at the expected quality level
- Review drafts internally before sending to Director or client
- Provide references, inspiration, and direction to the team
4. Social Media Management & Publishing
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ensure all posts align with the content calendar and campaign strategy
- Write or refine captions in the correct brand tone of voice
- Upload and publish content across platforms
- Monitor basic performance metrics and report key insights
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and client expectations
- Handle basic engagement when needed and escalate important messages
5. Creative Support (Light Execution Only)
This is not a production role, but you must be comfortable with basic tools:
- Canva: simple layouts, mockups, presentations
- CapCut (or similar): basic cuts, captions, previews
- AI tools: generating ideas, drafting content, supporting creative work
6. Creative Supervision & Quality Control
- Guide the creative team based on approved direction
- Review content (videos, designs, posts) before client review
- Ensure consistency in quality, messaging, and brand alignment
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve output
- Maintain a high standard across all deliverables
7. Optional On-Camera Participation
- Some projects may involve appearing on camera
- This is optional and based on candidate preference
Creative Skills
- Strong idea generation and storytelling ability
- Ability to develop concepts, scripts, and hooks
- Strong understanding of social media content and trends
Account Management Skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines
- Strong organization and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Technical nice to have:
- Videography basics (framing, shots, lighting)
- Editing basics (pacing, structure, flow)
- Design basics (branding, layout, clarity)

Work Setup (Important)

- Must be comfortable with remote communication and self-management
- Work hours and communication may align with GCC clients
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Agency Director & Senior Creative Account Manager
- Works closely with: Videographer, Editor, Graphic Designer
Important Notes
- This role requires ownership, accountability, and consistency
- You are expected to manage, not just follow instructions
- This is not a passive role , you are responsible for quality and delivery
