About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Art Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into impactful campaigns, guide creative execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Strategy: Develop and execute innovative creative strategies, concepts, and visual direction that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creatives (designers, copywriters, artists, photographers, animators, etc.), manage workload distribution, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Project & Budget Management: Plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects from initial concept through execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Quality Control & Brand Management: Review and approve all creative materials and assets to ensure consistency with brand identity and messaging across all platforms (print, digital, social media, etc.).
- Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, PR) to understand project goals, present creative concepts, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.
- Vendor & Resource Management: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers, negotiating as needed, and ensuring proper licensing of materials.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design principles, and new technologies (including AI tools) to ensure cutting-edge and effective creative solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Arts Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative role, with a proven track record in a leadership or management position
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in relevant design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and familiarity with project management software.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate a team and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address challenges and adapt to changing demands.
- Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio demonstrating creative solutions and successful project execution
Monday to Friday (11 am to 8 pm)
