Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Assistant (Design & Social Media) to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, basic experience in content creation, and a passion for social media. You will support the marketing department by designing creatives, assisting in social media posts, and helping with day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visual content such as flyers, banners, property posts, and social media designs.
  • Assist in managing company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Schedule and post engaging content based on the marketing calendar.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and photo/video shoots.
  • Edit property photos and short videos when required.
  • Coordinate with agents and the marketing team to gather property details and visuals.
  • Maintain consistent brand style across all online and offline materials.
  • Assist in updating website photos or online listings when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar creative or social media role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
  • Familiar with social media platforms and trends.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
