Creative & Brand Marketing Manager - TEMPORARY

Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Creative & Brand Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across all key marketing growth channels, including brand creative, social media, lifecycle/email marketing, affiliate partnerships, campaigns, and in-store events.

Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with the SVP of E-commerce & Marketing to develop and maintain the annual and quarterly marketing calendar. Breakdown product launch & campaign assets by channel ensuring cohesive storytelling across channels.
  • Align on monthly campaigns & lead campaign strategy from concept & execution, ensuring brand consistency & performance optimization. break down campaign assets by channel, ensuring cohesive storytelling and alignment across platforms.
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce compelling brand and performance assets.
  • Develop and maintain brand voice, messaging frameworks, and visual guidelines.
Channel Ownership
  • Own and drive performance across email marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate closely with email marketing agencies to develop growth strategies and optimize campaign and automated flow performance.
  • Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Oversee social content strategy, ensuring brand voice and visual identity are consistently executed.
Creative Leadership
  • Manage and mentor the Assistant Creative Director and contract content creators.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand voice, positioning, and business objectives.
  • Work with external creative contractors to execute campaigns at a high standard.
Campaign & Event Execution
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels.
  • Support in-store event marketing strategy and promotional execution.
  • Support in store event asset creation.
  • Create activation & eventing strategy for key campaigns & rollouts
Email & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy, promotional campaigns, automated flows, and lifecycle programs.
  • Work with agencies to build and optimize segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Manage email automation flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rate, revenue per send) and continuously optimize.

Affiliate Marketing
  • Develop and scale the affiliate marketing program to drive incremental revenue.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-quality affiliate partners and influencers.
  • Negotiate commissions, promotions, and exclusive campaigns.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing for ROI and customer acquisition cost.
  • Ensure compliance with brand and legal guidelines.

Work Environment
This is an Office environment, and you may have to manage a number of projects at one time. You may find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is an Office position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 9-5 pm. However, this may vary depending upon business needs.

Travel
This position may require some travel based on business needs.
