Creative Brand Officer

Casia Robinson is searching for a Creative Brand Lead who can dominate the space where architectural precision meets elite digital marketing.

You will work closely with the Director, supporting him in executing the studio’s creative and marketing vision while assisting in day-to-day brand and content initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of all social media platforms with a specific focus on high-impact IG Reels and cinematic storytelling.
• Plan and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy including the management of Google Ads to capture high-intent leads.
• Capture raw site footage and use AI tools to animate the evolution from initial architectural sketches to a completed luxury interior.
• Expert in content creations, brand positioning, and campaign execution.
• Conduct Matterport scans of projects (you will be given time to learn the equipment)
• Ensure absolute brand consistency across every digital channel to reflect the studio’s sophisticated design standards.
• Develop and manage a rigorous posting schedule that combines process-oriented architectural content with polished lifestyle visuals.
• Monitor and report on campaign analytics to ensure marketing budgets are optimized for maximum growth and engagement.

Requirements

• A portfolio that proves you can market luxury interiors or architectural projects to a discerning audience.
• Dual mastery of traditional cinematography and the latest AI video tools for industrial and creative applications.
• Documented success in running paid search and social campaigns within the competitive Dubai landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the UAE design or real estate sector.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics specifically for niche architectural services.
• Proven expertise in content creation, including professional video capture, photography, and post-production editing.
• With UAE driving license is preferred.
