Art Director/ Creative Head

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to lead the visual and creative direction of events, exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate productions. The ideal candidate will transform client briefs into impactful visual concepts while ensuring high-quality execution from design stage to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong visual concepts, themes, and design directions based on client briefs.
• Lead and guide 3D designers, graphic designers, and visualizers.
• Oversee stage designs, exhibition stands, event branding, and spatial layouts.
• Create mood boards, style guides, and presentation decks for client pitches.
• Ensure consistency in branding, aesthetics, and overall creative quality.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure feasibility and execution.
• Supervise design revisions and final artwork approvals.
• Stay updated with event trends, materials, technology, and experiential concepts.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4–8 years of experience in event design / experiential marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing stage design, exhibitions, and event concepts.
• Experience managing creative teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of 3D design tools (3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong client presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
