The Role: Your Creative Impact
We are looking for a visionary and data-savvy Creative Content Creator to be the voice and visual heartbeat of our brand. You are more than just a creator; you are a storyteller, a strategist, and a community-builder rolled into one. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-impact content across all our digital channels—from TikTok and Instagram to our blog and email—that captivates our audience, amplifies our brand, and achieves our business goals.
Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do
Content Strategy & Ideation (30%)
- Brainstorm, pitch, and develop innovative content ideas and campaigns that align with marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to ensure our content is always relevant and forward-thinking.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive content calendar that ensures a consistent and engaging brand presence.
- Participate in strategy sessions to define target audience personas and content pillars.
Content Creation & Production (50%)
- Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more. This includes everything from quick-turnaround trending videos to polished brand campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Create stunning static and animated graphics for social media, blogs, and ads using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva.
- Written Content: Craft compelling copy for social media captions, blog posts, email newsletters, and website content that is on-brand and optimized for engagement and SEO.
- Photography: Capture professional-grade photos for social media, website assets, and marketing campaigns.
Community Management & Analytics
- Act as the frontline voice of the brand, engaging with our community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Monitor, track, and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
- Translate data and audience feedback into actionable insights to refine content strategy and improve performance over time.
Who You Are: Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves:
- Portfolio First: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting across multiple social platforms.
- Tech-Savvy Creator: Proficiency in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and/or Canva. Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut Pro) is essential.
- Storyteller: An innate ability to tell a compelling story that resonates with a specific audience, whether in 15 seconds or a 5-minute blog post.
- Trend Hunter: A genuine passion for and understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and their respective best practices.
- Data-Informed: Comfortable using analytics to understand what works and why, and to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-Starter: Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience with community management tools.
- Experience shooting with professional equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio).
