Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at Source Kode Solutions, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative design solutions that effectively communicate our brand's message. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality designs across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and requirements.
• Design and create visual assets, including but not limited to: digital banners, social media graphics, print materials, presentations, and more.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects.
• Transform concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Provide input and creative ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Should have 2 years of experience with Adobe Aftereffects
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with both print and digital design.
• Basic knowledge of Blender is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
