Creative Content Creator & Videographer

Overview

We are seeking a Creative Content Creator and Videographer to lead visual storytelling across all five divisions. While this role involves documenting day-to-day operations and manufacturing, we are specifically looking for a professional who brings high-level creative vision and proactive idea generation.

You will not just be capturing footage; you will be responsible for conceptualizing how to make industrial manufacturing and construction services visually compelling. The primary focus is Lowcountry Paver, where you will translate technical manufacturing processes into engaging content, alongside supporting our turf, concrete, disposal, and roofing brands.

Core Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Proactively pitch and develop creative concepts for video series, social campaigns, and brand stories. You will be expected to bring fresh ideas rather than just executing a shot list.
• Creative Capture: Identify unique angles, lighting setups, and perspectives during field shoots at the manufacturing plant and on construction sites to elevate the visual quality of the raw assets.
• Narrative Editing: Use post-production to create distinct styles for each brand. This includes experimental pacing, sound design, and color grading that goes beyond basic assembly.
• Field Production: Travel daily to job sites to find the "story" in ongoing installations, identifying the most interesting visual moments of a project's lifecycle.
• Manufacturing Artistry: Document the Lowcountry Paver production facility in a way that highlights the precision and scale of the manufacturing process through creative cinematography.

Technical & Creative Requirements

• Artistic Vision: A strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to turn "ordinary" subjects into high-quality, interesting visual content.
• Idea Generation: Ability to brainstorm and storyboard content ideas that align with business goals while remaining original.
• Equipment Proficiency: Mastery of mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and audio gear.
• Drone Artistry: Ability to use aerial footage creatively for site surveys and dramatic project showcases (FAA Part 107 required or obtained within 90 days).
• Advanced Post-Production: Expert knowledge of professional editing software with an emphasis on creative transitions and visual style.

Gear & Equipment

Curry Family Brands is committed to ensuring you have the tools necessary to produce high-end content. We will purchase and provide all necessary professional-grade gear (camera bodies, lenses, drones, and stabilizers). However, if you have a preferred personal setup you would rather use, you are welcome to do so.

Working Conditions

• Field-Heavy: This role requires active movement across manufacturing floors and construction sites in the Lowcountry climate.
• Safety: You will work around heavy machinery and on residential/commercial rooftops. You must be able to manage and transport gear (up to 40 lbs) in these environments.

Travel: Reliable transportation is required to travel between the manufacturing facility and various project locations throughout the region.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
