Social Media Designer
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (aligned with U.S. time zone)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, stays updated with digital trends, and can translate brand concepts into compelling visuals that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and others
• Produce engaging short-form videos such as reels, animations, and motion graphics
• Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance creativity and optimize design workflows
• Design posts, stories, ad creatives, banners, thumbnails, and other visual assets
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign goals
• Adapt designs to suit different platforms, formats, and specifications
• Stay updated with current social media trends and design best practices
• Edit, resize, and repurpose content for various campaigns
• Provide creative support for broader marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media or graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of platform-specific content formats and requirements
• Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Familiarity with performance-based design and social media analytics
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or creative agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic or social media design (preferred)
