Creative Content Director

Content Creation & Direction

• Develop creative and engaging content concepts aligned with brand and client objectives.
• Stay updated with trends in content creation, visual effects, formats, and storytelling techniques.
• Create scripts, shot lists, and content frameworks for shoots and campaigns.
• Direct shoots by guiding cameramen, editors, and on-screen talent to achieve the desired visual outcome.
• Ensure all content meets quality, tone, and brand standards before final delivery.

Creative Leadership & Vision

• Lead the overall creative vision for content, campaigns, and digital storytelling.
• Ensure consistency in branding, storytelling, and visual identity across platforms.
• Review and approve creative outputs before publishing or client submission.
• Introduce innovative ideas to enhance engagement, reach, and content impact.

Project & Team Management

• Plan and oversee multiple content projects from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, creators, and external collaborators.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and mentorship to the creative team.

Collaboration & Client Alignment

• Work closely with internal teams to align content with marketing and business goals.
• Adapt content based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Communicate creative ideas clearly to stakeholders and clients.

Quality Control & Post-Production

• Ensure smooth content flow during editing and post-production.
• Assist in organizing and optimizing footage for efficient editing.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.

Growth & Innovation

• Experiment with new content formats, platforms, and creative approaches.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
