Job Title: Creative Content Producer

The person in this role will be responsible for three core functions simultaneously:

1.Full-cycle content production: Shooting and editing high-quality video content across multiple formats and platforms (short-form, long-form, ads, reels, UGC-style content).

2.Performance thinking: Understanding why content works or fails, interpreting basic performance metrics, and adapting creative direction based on results.

3.High-volume execution: Building and maintaining a production system capable of producing 80–100 content assets per month.

4.This is not a freelance creative role. It is not an editing-only position. It is not a social media coordination role. It is a content operator role responsible for output, consistency, and performance impact.

Applicants must meet all of the following:

1.Portfolio with Performance DataMinimum 3 short-form video ads personally shot, edited, and published.

2.Must include performance metrics (CTR, reach, CPC, ROAS or equivalent).

Engagement metrics (likes/views only) are not sufficient.

3.Category ExperiencePrior experience in supplements, health, FMCG, or product-based brands.

4.Must demonstrate understanding of product context before shooting.

AI Tool Proficiency (Hands-On Only)Must have hands-on experience with at least two of the following:

HeyGen, Creatify, Higgsfield, Runway, CapCut AI, AdCreative.ai, Manus, Synthesia

Strong Preferences (Not Mandatory but Advantageous)

Experience with Google Performance Max creative strategy and modular asset group thinking.

Understanding of long-form to short-form content repurposing workflows.

Experience shooting in manufacturing, lab, or controlled production environments (safety/hygiene protocols).
