Creative Coordinator

The Role

Opt Real Estate is hiring a Creative Coordinator to join our in-house production team. You will be in the field capturing listing media, producing cinematic videos, and delivering creative assets that help our agents stand out and their clients feel confident. This role is a great fit for someone who brings both a strong creative eye and solid organizational habits to every project.

What You Will Do

• Shoot professional real estate photography — interior, exterior, and aerial drone
• Produce listing videos in landscape and vertical (Reel) formats
• Capture Zillow and Ricoh 3D virtual tours
• Deliver completed media packages within 2-3 business days of each shoot
• Assign editing projects to editors within 24 hours of shoot completion
• Maintain clean, organized file structures in Google Drive and Dropbox
• Communicate with agents and the creative team via Slack
• Apply consistent brand-aligned color grading and editing style across all content

What You Bring

• 1-3+ years in photography and/or videography; real estate experience is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable editing software
• Drone operation experience; FAA Part 107 preferred
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and movement
• Organized, deadline-driven, and reliable
• Comfortable with Mac systems, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Reliable vehicle for local travel to shoot locations
