Creative Designer

About the Role:We’re looking for a visually sharp and versatile Creative Designer to join our design team at Gray Matrix. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality designs across UI/UX, branding, marketing, and motion deliverables. This role is perfect for a designer who enjoys both autonomy and creative collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces, product visuals, brand identities, decks, and social creatives.
• Translate briefs into clear and impactful design concepts with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and contribute to internal asset libraries.
• Participate in reviews, design critiques, and feedback loops with peers and leads.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of experience in digital/product design, UI/UX, or creative communication.
• Strong portfolio across web, app, social, and campaign design formats.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and awareness of motion or animation principles.

Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
