Creative Designer / Graphic Designer (REMOTE)

We are looking for a powerhouse Senior Designer who lives at the intersection of brand strategy, high-end motion graphics, and illustrative design. This is not a role for a "tool operator"—we need a visual architect who can take a raw concept and turn it into a premium, market-ready asset.

The ideal candidate has a sophisticated eye for typography, a mastery of motion, and the ability to pivot between high-concept brand building and rapid-turnaround digital content.

Core Responsibilities

• Brand Stewardship: Lead the visual evolution of multiple brands, ensuring total consistency across digital, print, and motion outlets.
• Motion & VFX Mastery: Develop high-impact 2D motion graphics, whiteboard animations, and basic VFX that elevate our social media presence and video marketing.
• Creative Strategy: Participate in high-level brainstorming sessions to translate business goals into compelling creative campaigns.
• Multi-Platform Design: Design everything from premium stationery and brand guidelines to high-conversion social media posts and UI/UX layouts.
• Efficiency & Agility: Utilize pro-level workflows in Adobe Creative Suite while leveraging tools like Canva or Figma for rapid prototyping and collaborative design.

Technical Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in a senior or lead design role.
• The Power Suite: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (Motion/VFX), Illustrator, and Photoshop is non-negotiable.
• Productivity Tools: High proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD and Canva for streamlined asset delivery.
• Specialized Skills: Strong foundation in 2D animation and illustrative typography. Experience in 3D modeling is a significant plus.
• Conceptual Thinking: Ability to rationalize design decisions and present creative ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Job Details

• Type: Full-time / Part-time (Remote)
• Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Requirement of 7 productive hours within this window)
• Salary: Rs 50,000.00 – Rs 85,000.00 per month (Commensurate with portfolio and experience)
• Hours: 40 hours per week. (Monday to Saturday)
