Timings: PKT - 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Your Role @ MCG Technologies

As a Creative Designer – Marketing, you will drive the creation of compelling visual and multimedia content that strengthens brand identity and supports marketing, communications, and digital initiatives. This role blends graphic design and video editing, requiring both creative thinking and strong execution across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to transform ideas into impactful visuals that engage audiences and reinforce brand consistency.

What impact will you make?

• Design high-quality graphics and video content to support marketing campaigns and elevate brand presence across digital platforms
• Create visual assets for social media, campaigns, direct response ads, presentations, landing pages, and digital communications
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and motion-based content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas, data, and goals into engaging visual and multimedia concepts
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
• Refine designs and videos based on feedback and performance insights
• Organize and maintain digital media assets, including design files, photos, and videos
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What makes you a great fit?

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (Graphic Design), Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or communications role with a strong professional portfolio
• Proven experience in graphic design with hands-on video editing skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar software
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and adaptability to feedback
