The Creative Director leads the transformation of brand and campaign strategies into visual concepts that move hearts and drive results.

This role represents the intersection of art, culture, and commerce, ensuring that every creative output embodies SAN’s identity, values, and aesthetic excellence.


What You’ll Do
  • Translate strategic briefs from Brand Strategy & Campaigns into full creative concepts, storyboards, and moodboards.
  • Develop the creative vision and narrative for campaigns across brands, ensuring consistency with each brand’s DNA.
  • Direct the Creative Performance Content and Creative Brand Content teams to produce visuals that strike a balance between conversion and emotion.
  • Supervise the entire creative process from idea to final asset, guaranteeing alignment between strategy, copy, visuals, and tone.
  • Provide clear creative direction and executional guidelines to in-house studios and external production houses (photography, video, animation).
  • Approve final scripts, layouts, and storyboards before production begins.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand teams to ensure creative concepts deliver measurable impact.
  • Champion SAN’s visual language and ensure every touchpoint reflects beauty, individuality, and quality.
  • Mentor creative talent, cultivate a culture of curiosity and bold storytelling, and foster cross-brand collaboration.


What You Bring
  • 5–10 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or brand communication, ideally in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to turn brand strategy into high-impact creative campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, consumer psychology, and performance-driven creativity.
  • Exceptional ability to brief, direct, and inspire production houses and creative partners.
  • Bilingual advantage (English / Arabic) with excellent communication skills and a refined visual taste.
  • Passion for innovation, trend culture, and storytelling that feels human and authentic.
