Creative Director

One of our clients, Xlight , a leading event management and creative solutions company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision and strategy for high-impact events and brand experiences.

About the Role

As Creative Director, you will own the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring every event reflects innovation, storytelling, and brand alignment. You’ll collaborate across design, content, and production teams to deliver world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative ideation for events, activations, and brand experiences.
• Oversee 2D, 3D, and content teams for cohesive creative output.
• Partner with client servicing and production teams to ensure feasibility.
• Present concepts and strategies to clients with compelling storytelling.
• Stay ahead of global trends in experiential design and technology.
• Mentor and inspire the creative team to achieve excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related creative field.
• 7–10 years in creative leadership roles within events or brand experience.
• Proven portfolio showcasing successful event concepts and campaigns.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and design oversight.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of 3D workflows.
