Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Creative Director
to lead and elevate the brand's visual identity, storytelling, and creative campaigns.
This role is responsible for shaping how the brand looks, feels, and inspire: cross campaigns, photoshoots, social media, packaging, and the overall brand experience.
The
Creative Director
will work closely with the founder and marketing team to translate collection concepts into beautiful, emotionally compelling visual campaigns that resonate with our global modest fashion community.
This role requires someone who combines fashion sensibility, storytelling ability, and strong visual direction.
Responsibilities:
Core responsibility:
They own the brand world, make sure everything looks and feels beautiful, consistent, and emotionally powerful.
Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and ensuring consistency across all brand touch points

Campaign Creative Direction
Lead the creative development of seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Plan and oversee all brand photoshoots.
Guide the look and feel of the brand's content across all social media platforms and website visuals

Packaging & Brand Experience
Oversee creative direction of physical brand elements such as packaging design, unboxing experience and campaign visuals inside packaging
Lead and collaborate with creative contributors such as Art Director with her team: photographers, videographers, and editors and the Graphic Designer and Content Creators.
Provide clear creative direction and ensure high-quality output.
Requirements:
Experience:

4-8+ years experience in creative direction, fashion branding, or art direction

Experience working with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands

Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign direction and visual storytelling

Ability to translate ideas into powerful visual campaigns.
Social Media Proficiency:

Understanding of social-first fashion marketing
Fashion Aesthetic Awareness:
Strong understanding of:

Photoshoot Direction:

Experience planning and directing brand photoshoots.

Short-form Video Storytelling
Technical & Creative Skills:
