Creative Director (Branding, Design, AI Tools, Animation, 3D/VFX)

The Creative Director will lead the creative vision of the agency, ensuring all visual and conceptual outputs align with client goals and brand strategy. The role requires an innovative thinker with expertise in branding, design, animation, and the use of AI-driven tools to enhance creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and inspire the creative team across all disciplines: design, animation, video, and content.

· Develop brand identities, campaign visuals, and storytelling concepts for diverse clients.

· Supervise the design process from concept to final execution across print, digital, and motion platforms.

· Oversee integration of AI tools for design enhancement, workflow automation, and creative experimentation.

· Guide teams in 3D animation, VFX, and motion graphics to produce world-class visuals.

· Ensure creative consistency, originality, and excellence across all brand touchpoints.

· Collaborate with strategy, social, and digital teams to align creative outputs with marketing goals.

· Present and defend creative concepts to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills:

· Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya).

· Experience with AI-based creative tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, Firefly, etc.).

· Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and design systems.

· Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

· Proven track record in developing brand campaigns and high-end creative assets.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related creative field.

· 7+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, or design leadership.

· Experience in animation, motion graphics, and 3D/VFX production is essential.

· Portfolio demonstrating versatility, innovation, and excellence in visual communication.
