Creative Florist

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute unique floral arrangements for daily orders, events, corporate clients.
• Stay updated on floral trends, color palettes, and design techniques
• Maintain flower freshness and care standards.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for seasonal blooms.
• Assist with event setups, including weddings, receptions etc.
• Provide excellent customer service and consultative styling for walk-in clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a florist or floral designer (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong eye for color, texture, and composition
• Familiarity with flower care, seasonal availability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during peak seasons
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
