Sales Specialist - The Flower Rental Co. (Dubai)

Are you a driven individual with a background in Sales? This is your chance.

We are The Flower Rental Co., a rapidly growing franchisor disrupting the floral industry by providing high-end, maintenance-free artificial floral arrangements to businesses. We are launching our first territory in Dubai, and we're looking for a driven sales representative to represent the company in Dubai.

This is not a traditional sales job. This is an opportunity to be a founding team member and act as the CEO's right hand in a brand-new market. Your success will directly determine our success in the UAE.

The Mission

Your primary mission is to prove the Dubai market and build the initial client base. You will be responsible for a single, critical action: getting our free trials installed in as many client-facing businesses as possible. Your work will provide the data and momentum needed to scale operations in the region.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Become a Market Specialist: Conduct on-the-ground research to identify ideal businesses for our service. You will be our eyes and ears on the ground.
  • Generate Leads: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients in the commercial real estate, hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.
  • Execute the Free Trial Process: This is your primary focus. You will be required to spend a minimum of 6 hours per day installing and managing our signature 5-day free trials. This includes identifying opportunities, securing permission, and following up on all trials.
  • Deliver Feedback: Provide detailed, daily feedback to the CEO on market response, customer objections, and local business practices.

  • You have a proven track record in sales and a relentless "go-get-them" attitude. You don't need a playbook to make things happen.
  • You are unbelievably resourceful. You can solve problems on the fly, and you see obstacles as opportunities to innovate.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives on ownership. You want a mission, not just a job description.
  • You are fluent in English and possess strong local market knowledge.
