Creative Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)

Sprouto is seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) with a strong command of visual design, branding, and digital creativity. This role is ideal for a designer with 3+ years of professional experience who excels in creating impactful visual assets and is confident managing multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphic design assets for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve brand identities and visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Design creative visuals for digital ads, banners, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
• Support UI/UX design tasks by creating polished layouts and visual elements for websites and web applications.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design standards.
• (Optional) Design basic motion graphics or short animations using After Effects or similar tools.
• Present creative concepts with clear design reasoning and storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual design.
• Strong expertise in branding, digital design, and marketing visuals.
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, and creative campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills with a proactive and creative approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Based in Lahore or willing to commute/relocate.
• Onsite position – DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
