Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative visuals for digital and print media including social media posts, banners, product packaging, brochures, and advertisements.
• Develop engaging content for campaigns, promotions, and brand communication.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and visuals for short videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Stay updated with latest design trends and tools to ensure fresh and modern visuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in FMCG or lifestyle brands.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from start to finish.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, color, typography, and layout.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Ability to record, edit, and produce short video content.
• Confident, professional presence with a polished sense of dressing suitable for brand representation.
• Innovative and proactive mindset to suggest fresh ideas for campaigns.
