Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Head to lead the visual and content direction for real estate marketing and media campaigns. You will manage a creative team and develop ideas that attract attention, build brand awareness, and support property sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Create and lead the overall brand look, feel, and message.
• Design creative campaigns for digital, social media, videos, and brochures.
• Manage a team of designers, content creators, and video editors.
• Plan and oversee content for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Work with influencers, agencies, and production teams for creative projects.
• Ensure all materials match the company’s branding and quality standards.
• Track performance of creative campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with media and real estate trends in Dubai.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative roles (real estate or media preferred).
• Strong portfolio showing design and campaign experience.
• Good understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and customer trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
