Role Overview:
We are seeking a Creative Head with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving creative excellence. The ideal candidate will lead our creative team, develop innovative campaigns, and maintain high standards in branding and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the creative team (designers, writers, strategists).
• Develop impactful creative concepts for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with client servicing and strategy teams.
• Ensure effective and professional communication with clients through written and verbal channels.
• Maintain creative consistency across all client projects.
• Stay updated with international creative and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role (preferably in a digital agency).
• Fluent in native-level English communication (verbal & written).
• Excellent writing skills to professionally communicate with clients.
• Strong portfolio in branding, design, and campaign development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and time-management skills.

Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000
