Creative Head – Beauty DivisionDepartment: Brand & Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a Creative Head who embodies beauty, innovation, and storytelling. This role requires a visionary who can craft and lead the creative direction across brand communication, campaigns, social media, and influencer collaborations. You will be responsible for shaping a distinct visual identity and narrative that connects deeply with our audience and strengthens the brand’s position in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:Creative Strategy & Brand Direction

  • Define and lead the creative vision for the brand across all channels - digital, social, print, packaging, and campaigns.
  • Translate brand goals into visually engaging and emotionally resonant concepts.
  • Stay updated with beauty, fashion, and digital trends to ensure fresh, modern, and relevant brand communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to maintain a unified brand voice and visual identity.

Social Media & Influencer Strategy

  • Oversee the creative direction for all social media platforms, ensuring visually cohesive and trend-driven content.
  • Work closely with the social media team to plan and execute monthly content calendars, including product launches, collaborations, and campaigns.
  • Partner with the influencer marketing team to conceptualize influencer briefs, creative directions, and storytelling that align with the brand aesthetic.
  • Ideate and execute beauty-led campaigns that merge influencer, digital, and visual creativity.
  • Monitor and guide content performance to refine creative strategies.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and inspire a creative team of designers, photographers, videographers, and visualizers.
  • Provide creative mentorship, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Supervise photoshoots, video shoots, and campaign productions from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with stylists, makeup artists, photographers, and external partners to bring ideas to life.

Campaigns & Content Creation

  • Conceptualize and direct 360° marketing campaigns—including festive, seasonal, and influencer-led initiatives.
  • Ensure every piece of content—from a single post to a major campaign—reflects the brand’s identity, tone, and emotion.
  • Maintain creative excellence across digital, print, and in-store experiences.

Innovation & Quality Control

  • Push creative boundaries while ensuring brand consistency and premium aesthetics.
  • Review and approve all creative assets to maintain originality and visual quality.
  • Explore new-age formats such as Reels, interactive content, and branded storytelling for higher engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of creative experience, with at least 4+ years in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience leading social media and influencer-driven creative campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, digital trends, and brand communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and production management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
