Job Description : Creative Head – Social Media (Team Lead)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Creative Direction

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of content creators, designers, and social media executives.
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
  • Drive creative brainstorming sessions, ensuring fresh and innovative ideas for campaigns and content.

Content & Campaign Management

  • Plan, structure, and oversee the production of platform-specific, engaging, and high-performing content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content, visuals, and communication touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimize both organic and paid campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor key performance metrics and interpret data to refine strategies.
  • Identify insights, trends, and actionable opportunities to boost reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly performance dashboards with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and business teams to align creative strategies with overall brand vision.
  • Oversee influencer partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in social media strategy, content leadership, or a similar creative lead role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading creative teams and managing multi-platform content strategies.
  • Strong command of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Proven ability to run successful paid and organic campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management abilities and experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Creative thinker with excellent analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital branding.
  • Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
