Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Lead . Based in Istanbul, the role offers flexibility for some work from home.

The Creative Lead will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies, leading branding efforts, and overseeing content creation across digital platforms. This role requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on creative execution.


Daily responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Creative Directors of Studio 56 to translate brand objectives into innovative creative outputs.
  • Overseeing creative production processes, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Driving high-quality copywriting and editorial direction across campaigns, ensuring consistency of tone and voice.
  • Managing visual and written content across multiple channels, ensuring every asset reflects premium/luxury brand positioning.
  • Collaborating closely with account managers and clients to bring concepts to life across diverse industries.
  • Providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.


Qualifications

  • Strong creativity skills and the ability to generate innovative, brand-aligned ideas.
  • Proven experience in creative strategy, branding, and storytelling .
  • Deep understanding of creative production workflows (concept, shoot planning, directing, editing, final delivery).
  • Expertise in copywriting and editorial development , with the ability to refine and elevate content for premium positioning.
  • Previous experience working with luxury and premium brands (hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to inspire clients and teams alike.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the digital agency industry is strongly preferred.
