About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic
Brand Manager
to lead and execute our brand and marketing strategies. This role is key to building our reputation, strengthening brand awareness, and ensuring consistent, engaging communication with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing

Work with marketing team on developing and executing integrated brand strategies to strengthen awareness and preference, from brand identity to all customer touchpoints.

Plan and manage campaigns across all media platforms including digital and social.

Manage
creative agency relationships
to ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaigns and materials.

Develop social media strategy & related assets, ensuring content is engaging, aligned with brand voice.

Ensure consistency in
storytelling
across all customer and brand touchpoints.

Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Work closely with the
Digital Marketing & Customer Experience teams for initiatives (chatbot, customer touchpoints, digital sales campaigns)
to align brand activities with digital platforms and customer journey improvements.
Customer Understanding & Research

Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to generate insights.

Translate research findings & all kinds of relevant customer data into actionable strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Monitor customer journeys and identify pain points/opportunities for improvement.
Budget & Reporting

Own and manage the
brand & marketing budget
, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Provide regular reports to management on budget allocation.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience
in brand management and campaign execution (preferably in FMCG/retail)

Proven experience in
managing agencies, social media, and multi-channel campaigns.

Strong
storytelling and presentation skills
(both in English and Turkish).

Experience in
market research and customer understanding.

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action.

Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
