CoinTR is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to make our brand a leading name in Turkey. In this role, you'll develop and execute innovative campaigns that boost our visibility and build strong connections with users. You'll create strategies that resonate with our audience while expanding our brand through sponsorships, partnerships, and creative collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative branding campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and overall market presence.

Build innovative partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to promote CoinTR’s brand image and drive strategic growth across multiple marketing channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, sponsors, and key stakeholders to amplify CoinTR’s message and solidify its industry positioning.

Measure the success of branding initiatives through key metrics and data-driven insights, making strategic adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Conceptualize and execute memorable brand events and experiences that deeply connect with users and leave a lasting impression.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging, brand consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify unique opportunities for brand differentiation and creative disruption.

Work closely with marketing teams across digital, social media, and offline platforms, optimizing content and campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in branding and marketing, preferably within the fintech or

cryptocurrency industry.

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
