Summary
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Lead to oversee the creative direction, brand strategy, and execution of design and content initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of industry experience, a strong leadership mindset, and the ability to transform business goals into powerful, creative solutions. This role will lead a multidisciplinary creative team while ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output that elevates the brand and drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall creative strategy, brand identity, and visual direction.
- Create concepts for campaigns, digital content, and brand communication with consistent brand representation.
- Lead and mentor a creative team including designers, writers, and video editors, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Oversee creative execution for branding projects, marketing materials, digital campaigns, and production activities such as photoshoots and videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, senior management, and external partners to ensure creative alignment with business goals.
- Develops promotional materials and marketing content for campaigns, product launches, and business growth initiatives.
- Present creative ideas and translate requirements into clear, actionable direction for the team.
- Stay updated on design trends, digital innovations, and new tools to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
- Maintain high creative standards and ensure all outputs meet quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in creative roles, preferably in agency, tech, or digital-driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience in leading creative teams and managing large-scale creative projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital content, art direction, and design systems.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX principles, and creative performance metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and multimedia design.
- Strong analytical skills to measure creative impact and improve performance.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage tight deadlines.
