About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Creative Lead to join our retail marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the brand’s creative vision across all marketing, digital, and in-store touchpoints. This role focuses on developing compelling visual assets that support promotions, store branding, and customer engagement while ensuring strong brand consistency across platforms..

Key Responsibilities:

Creative & Brand Development

• Lead flyer and promotion theme creation for campaigns and seasonal offers.

• Develop and execute branding artworks aligned with the brand’s visual identity.

• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all creative outputs.

In-Store & Retail Design

• Design in-store promotion VM assets including posters, standees, shelf talkers, danglers, and signage.

• Handle new store branding including interior, exterior, and promotional visuals.

• Enhance customer experience through effective retail visual storytelling.

Digital & Social Media

• Create engaging social media posts for marketing and promotional activities.

• Support digital campaigns with visually compelling creatives.

_ Campaign & Marketing Support_

• Provide flyer design support, adaptations, and revisions as required.

• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Review and approve creative materials to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Lead / Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in retail or FMCG.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Strong conceptual and visual design skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Skills in photography and video editing for marketing and promotional content.

• 5+ Years Experience in retail, hypermarket, or supermarket chains.

• Knowledge of print production and vendor coordination.

• Basic motion graphics knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
