Job Summary:
We are looking for an innovative and visionary Creative Lead (Onsite) to join our dynamic creative team in Model Town, Lahore. As a Creative Lead, you will oversee and guide the development of all creative concepts and ensure the quality and consistency of creative outputs. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to craft compelling, visually engaging content that aligns with brand goals. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Lead the creative direction for all marketing, branding, and design projects. Ensure that all creative outputs are aligned with the company’s vision, brand identity, and goals.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Provide guidance and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality creative outputs.
- Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and strategies that resonate with target audiences and support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of creative campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, video, and social media, ensuring consistency and high impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
- Quality Control: Review all creative work before it’s delivered to ensure it meets high standards and aligns with the overall brand vision.
- Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends, design innovations, and digital tools to keep creative strategies fresh, effective, and innovative.
- Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders. Incorporate feedback and iterate to deliver impactful designs.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage creative resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative direction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in managing a creative team and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Deep understanding of brand development and marketing concepts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience with print, digital, and video content creation.
- Exceptional creative vision, attention to detail, and design aesthetic.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to creative work.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work (branding, digital, campaigns, etc.).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with UI/UX design or digital product design.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of video production and editing.
- Familiarity with design and creative trends in the industry.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills
Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
