About the Role:
We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Creative Lead Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, exceptional design skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and overseeing design projects across multiple platforms while maintaining our brand identity and creative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team and provide creative direction for all design projects.
• Develop innovative design concepts for digital and print campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
• Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in design, preferably with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in branding, digital, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
