Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Lead Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and proven leadership skills. This is a remote, full-time position that will involve overseeing the design team, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content that aligns with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to encourage professional growth.
  • Oversee all phases of project development, from creative concept through to execution and completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive design strategies that fulfill client and company objectives.
  • Stay informed of emerging design trends and technologies to keep the team current and innovative.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team.
  • Ensure that all design elements meet client specifications and brand requirements.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Develop creative processes and standards to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.


Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing excellent design skills and creative vision.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of designers.
  • Excellent knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of design best practices and techniques.
  • Ability to manage stress and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience in strategic development of branding and visual campaigns.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of self-motivation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Proficient in both digital and print design.
