JOB TITLE

Creative Learning Animator (For Children) | MAF Entertainment | Operations

ROLE SUMMARY

The ideal candidate is both an entertainer and educator, passionate about inspiring children's creativity. The position requires strong communication, storytelling, and community-building skills. Team members will be cross-trained to facilitate workshops, shoot and edit short videos, handle admin tasks, and act as cultural ambassadors, capable of leading creative sessions, recording performances, and engaging warmly with families throughout the day.

ROLE PROFILE

• Lead engaging, child-focused workshops in public speaking, creative writing, drama, and storytelling, sparking creativity and confidence in children aged 4 and above.
• Wear multiple hats including educator, entertainer, front desk host, and admin support, ensuring a seamless and vibrant guest experience.
• Foster strong, empathetic communication with children and parents, manage behavior constructively, and maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through excellent service, address concerns proactively, and support performance tracking via feedback systems like NPS.
• Promote and monitor health, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring all regulations are followed and sessions are conducted in a secure, energetic environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Exceptional with children and parents, with strong guest service skills and a warm, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education, childcare, hospitality, or other communication-focused roles, plus relevant qualifications and a portfolio/showreel showcasing skills in public speaking, storytelling, or facilitation.
• Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written), with excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication abilities. Arabic language fluency is highly preferrable
• High energy, personable, organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism.
• Patient, adaptable, calm under pressure, with the ability to manage conflict constructively and respond to challenging behavior positively.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, guest-facing environments and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
