Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and creative leader to head our Creative and Corporate Communications function. This role will be responsible for building a strong, unified brand voice across all touchpoints—ensuring compelling storytelling, visual excellence, and corporate reputation management across internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership

Oversee all brand and creative output (campaigns, packaging, POSM, digital content, etc.).

Manage in-house creative team and external agencies to deliver on-brand, high-impact assets.

Ensure consistency of visual identity and brand messaging across all platforms.
Corporate Communications

Develop and execute corporate communication strategies across internal, external, PR, and executive communications.

Lead reputation management, press releases, crisis communication, and media relations.

Craft executive messaging, speeches, talking points, and reports.

Coordinate CSR and sustainability storytelling.
Social Media Strategy

Lead the development of always-on and campaign-based social media content.

Own the social media calendar, tone of voice, and content guidelines across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor trends and performance to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Collaborate with community management, influencer, and media teams to align content execution.
Partnership Management

Lead creative and communication aspects of strategic partnerships including brands, media, CSR initiatives, and influencers.

Co-develop joint campaigns and branded content with external partners and creators.

Manage relationships with PR firms, creative agencies, media houses, and influencer. networks.

Ensure all partner and influencer communications align with brand values, tone, and corporate reputation goals.

Track performance, compliance, and ROI of partnership and influencer activations.
Team Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team. Set clear goals, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Media Planning & Coordination

Oversee media planning and buying in collaboration with media agencies and internal teams.

Ensure integrated planning across digital, social, print, OOH, and broadcast channels.

Align media strategy with creative and business objectives.

Monitor media performance and optimize for reach, efficiency, and ROI.

Scout emerging media platforms, formats, and content opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant and first-to-market.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or relative field.

+7 years of experience in a creative role within a reputed creative agency, with a strong track record of leading and managing teams.

Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English language.
