Job Summary:
The Creative Manager is responsible for leading the creative vision, design direction, and brand storytelling across all communication channels. This role oversees the conception, development, and execution of creative campaigns and materials that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:Creative Direction & Strategy
- Develop and execute innovative creative strategies for marketing, branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and objectives.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into clear creative concepts and deliverables.
- Drive creativity while maintaining consistency and brand integrity across all platforms.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the design, content, and multimedia teams to deliver exceptional creative work.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, PR, and product teams to produce integrated campaigns.
- Manage workload distribution, set priorities, and maintain timelines for creative projects.
Design & Content Development
- Oversee design and production of visual assets such as advertisements, social media posts, packaging, websites, videos, and presentations.
- Review and approve all creative materials before release.
- Stay current with trends in design, branding, and digital marketing to ensure cutting-edge creative direction.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion within deadlines and budget.
- Work closely with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with attention to detail and innovation.
Brand Management
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity.
- Oversee creation and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ensure all internal and external communications reflect the company’s brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding, design principles, digital media, and advertising.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and commercially.
- Experience managing creative teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
