Position Summary

The Marketing Manager at Spy Ninjas HQ is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and boost engagement across all platforms. This role oversees content creation, campaign planning, and community partnerships while supporting cross-functional coordination with the guest services, events, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and a brand ambassador who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment and attraction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Lead marketing initiatives for events and group bookings.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies that target local families, schools, and tourists.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns to improve conversion rates and brand reach.

Content Creation/ Editing & Digital Marketing

  • Produce TikToks to highlight Spy Ninjas HQ attractions, promos, and events.
  • Film and capture content on-site at HQ.
  • Edit and repurpose archival Spy Ninjas videos into 1–2 minute shorts for cross-platform use.
  • Write captions and schedule shorts in the content calendar.
  • Deliver edited TikTok drafts for review and scheduling.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, social insights, and sales data.
  • Report marketing ROI and performance trends to upper management.
  • Use data to optimize paid ads, email campaigns, and guest engagement strategies.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the events and guest services team to market group bookings and parties.
  • Support the creative team with design direction and content needs.

Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred or experience in marketing or brand management (attraction, retail, or entertainment)
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for storytelling and branding
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (portfolio or sample work preferred)
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends.
  • Basic communication and email skills (Google Workspace preferred).
  • Ability to learn and use social scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Interest in online marketing, SEO, and career growth in social media.

Physical Demands

  • Occasional standing for photography or event coverage
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs (event signage or marketing displays)
  • Regular use of computer and mobile devices

Work Environment

  • Office environment with periodic event-based work onsite or offsite
